Mainland UK - Standard Delivery 

Standard delivery will be despatched within 2-3 days (Suitable for our body butter lovers who have under a week's worth left in their jars!)  

All standard deliveries are sent by UK Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for post. See table below for costs.

We'll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, however please allow for any adverse conditions which might affect deliveries in your area, such as extreme weather or postal strikes.

Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to sign for the package.  Should this not be possible Royal Mail normally posts a red card through your door to let you know they tried to deliver a package to you.  

International Orders

All EU orders under £60 have a flat rate of £11.95

All Worldwide orders under £60 have a flat rate of £15.95

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

I keep on top of the stock list to ensure products are not out of stock. On the few occasions where stock hits 0, it won’t be like this for too long as I’ll be busy producing a fresh new batch for you. However, to know exactly when stock will be replenished, just drop me an email on hello@emiandben.com.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I am happy to accept returns or exchanges on any unused and unopened products in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Please note all costs incurred to return unwanted goods will have to be paid by you, however if any of your original order was damaged in transit, I will of course refund you shipping costs. When returning goods, please ensure you use a service that insures the value of the goods.
